This is a proposed design for a 4-room HDB apartment at Bidadari. Inspiration was drawn from the surrounding environment that encapsulates nature, open spaces and a sense of community. The overall direction taken for this starter home is clean-Nordic with a touch of luxe. A play on soft and bold colour, intermixed with a few key materials such as marble, brass and terrazzo gave rise to space that is light, inviting, and timeless. By taking down walls at the bedroom, the living space is visually larger, and flows seamlessly into the dining and open concept kitchen area.
