A Chic-Contemporary design direction was taken for this Executive Apartment in Tampines; where we applied a clean, neutral palette to complement this spacious family home. By partially taking down the wall between the entry way and kitchen, a flow of sunlight and breeze seamlessly connects the entrance with the kitchen and rest of the apartment. A warm grey travertino-effect feature wall in the living room creates visual interest; tying pops of tanned leather, dusty blue and marble-effect tiles together for that light, airy, and modern feel.

The various bedrooms and bathrooms take on their own personality – while keeping to a similar palette and family of colours. In the Master Bedroom specifically, a dresser area is carved out of the L-shaped wardrobe to maximize space and streamline this built-in element. To further “widen” the space visually, a full mirrored storage cabinet outside the bedrooms was incorporated for additional storage with a deeper capacity. And finally, a focal point of the home lies in the kitchen; where an island is introduced for meals together, and bi-fold windows and sliding doors give its inhabitants the option to easily open or close off the space when needed.
