Interior Trends On My Radar

Mid-Century Combo

We’ve seen the resurgence of Mid-Century Modern designs and the use of classic elements from this era ranging from pendant lamps to iconic lounge chairs. What we think will be increasingly popular though, is the application of Mid-Century design combined with other styles that give rise to mixed aesthetics that is unique to individuals and packs a whole lot of charm.

Moody & Luxe

The term moody and luxe will go hand-in-hand to evoke muted sensibilities of modern day luxury in space. Don’t expect the typical gaudy, gold and in-your-face glamour; instead welcome a new and improved luxe factor in space that is defined by understated yet elegant colours, highlighted by classic elements such as brass, marble, and velvet. In this context, moody doesn’t always mean dark and gloomy – it is defined by shades that set the tone in a space that is calm, composed and elegant. It is important to note that the luxe side of things need not be all over the place, but in the form of accents.
